1. No Returns or Exchanges
Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
While we strive to provide high-quality products, we understand that sometimes issues may occur during shipping or production. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with the quality of the food, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or other resolution if deemed necessary.

- Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) or defective product(s), along with a description of the issue.
3. All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any food items, even if the customer changes their mind or made an error in the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final.
4. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues that are not addressed through our damaged or defective policy, please reach out to us. We value feedback and will do our best to resolve concerns whenever possible.
