Shipping Policy

At Guddis Goodies, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality food products directly to you with exceptional care and personal service. All of our deliveries are handled personally by our team, ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly.

Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery areas, fees, and procedures.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Areas

We currently offer personal delivery to the following areas:

  • Brampton
  • Mississauga
  • Georgetown

Shipping Rates:

  • Flat-rate delivery fee of $7 for orders under $50.
  • Free delivery for orders over $50 within the above-mentioned areas.

Please Note:

  • We only deliver to Brampton, Mississauga, and Georgetown.
  • We do not ship outside these areas or use any third-party carriers for delivery. All orders are delivered directly by our team.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the time they are placed for freshly baked products.
  • We deliver Monday through Sunday (excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is ready, we will deliver it personally to your specified address. Typical delivery times range from 1-4 business days after processing, depending on the delivery location and schedule.

If you’d like to request a specific delivery time window, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Delivery Restrictions

  • Only Brampton, Mississauga, and Georgetown are eligible for delivery.
  • We are unable to offer delivery to other cities, P.O. boxes, or international addresses.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive an email or phone notification with an estimated delivery window.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check the delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to make changes to the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate any changes before shipment.

6. Lost or Missing Orders

Since all deliveries are made personally by our team, we ensure that your order is handled with care. If there is an issue with your delivery, such as a missing or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
